Homecap--A forgivable loan program for eligible people participating in the HomeChoice Program. HomeChoice--A program operated by Arc Minnesota that provides counseling services and financial assistance to adults with disabilities and families who have children with disabilities so they can become home owners. Demonstration project administered by Fannie Mae. House of Representatives--134 people elected every two years to represent the citizens in the Minnesota State Legislature. Passes laws affecting persons with disabilities and their family members.
